How do I exchange or return my order?

Contact Client Services
1. Your Client Services Advisor will arrange for pickup of the item(s) for shipment back to us. This service is complimentary to you.
2. You will receive an email confirming your exchange/return request as well as all the pickup details. Your cancellation will be effective from the date you call us.
3. Put your item(s) in the original Louis Vuitton packaging along with the original receipt and returns & exchanges voucher into a parcel and seal accordingly.
4. Hand parcel over to the courier.

In-store
Online purchases can be exchanged/returned in all stores*
Fragrances may only be exchanged at the store within the country of purchase.
Upon receipt of your item(s), and subject to inspection by our Quality Service Department, we will proceed with the exchange. Louis Vuitton will do its best to process your exchange as quickly as possible, which should not normally exceed 30 days. Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed after the cancellation of the order.
*Returns are not available at Changi Airport T3 store
