Delivery options in Singapore (all complimentary):

Premium Delivery Service:
Receive your order in a Louis Vuitton shopping bag, hand-delivered by one of our delivery ambassadors to your doorstep.
Same Day: Order before 12 pm for delivery between 4 – 9pm
Next Day: Order before 5pm (Four timeslots: 9am – 12pm, 12 – 3pm, 3 – 6pm, 6 – 9pm)

Standard Shipping: estimated 7 – 14 working days

Collect in Store – Ngee Ann City, Ion or Marina Bay Sands store: Order is available for collection 1 day after your order is confirmed. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection

Delivery options in Malaysia (all complimentary):

Premium Delivery Service: estimated 3 - 4 working days
Receive your order in a Louis Vuitton shopping bag, hand-delivered by one of our delivery ambassadors to your doorstep. This service is only available for deliveries in Kuala Lumpur, Klang and Selangor.

Please select a delivery time between 9am - 2pm or 2pm - 7pm.
Standard Shipping: estimated 3 – 7 working days
Note: If an order contains perfumes, it may take up to 7 working days to reach you and will be sent separately.

Collect in Store – store of your choice: Order is available for collection in 4 working days You will receive an SMS once your order is ready for collection.

Standard Shipping: estimated 4 – 7 working days
Note: If an order contains perfumes, it may take up to 7 working days to reach you and will be sent separately.
Collect in Store – store of your choice: Order is available for collection in 5 working days. You will receive a SMS once your order is ready for collection.

To collect your order from a store, you will be required to show:

Confirmation e-mail/SMS
Official photo document (passport or driving license)
Payment card used for the order

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf:

Confirmation e-mail/SMS
Official photo document (passport or driving license)
Their own photo document card
A letter of authorisation signed by you.

The store will keep your order for 15 days. After this period, it will be cancelled and returned.

Please Note

You can find your order's tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email or follow the shipping status on the MY ORDERS page in your MyLV account.

Exceptions

Please note that My LV Heritage and My LV World Tour orders are delivered within 8 weeks and made-to-order items are delivered within 5 weeks in Singapore, Malaysia and New Zealand.
