Highlights

Exploring the sartorial codes of French style, the Fall-Winter 2023 Collection brings to life the enigmatic notion of Parisian chic. Showcasing the art of illusion, boots appear as pumps and intricate embroidery as knits, blurring the line of perception and reality, while emblematic handbags and accessories subtly take on the tricolor of the flag. Full of movement and suppleness, Nicolas Ghesquière introduces a new formal, emblematic of a reimagined French signature.

The Musée d’Orsay

The Fall-Winter 2023 Collection was presented in the Musée d’Orsay. Nicolas Ghesquière collaborated with leading French artist Philippe Parreno and sound designer Nicolas Becker to imagine an immersive set. Featuring geometric lines, a Parisian street, and a curated sound experience, the design brought Paris to life. Live amplified sounds of the models’ heartbeats and footsteps were spliced with sounds of the city, creating a dialogue between the show and its surroundings.
